通过引进 ANEST 岩田的压缩机，削减了 Siam Fuji Ware 工厂的耗电量。构建空气高品质化的系统

イ与采访视频联动的 SAMURAI ASIA 杂志2021年3月号卷头特辑介绍了中村亮太 MD带领的 YN2-TECH 处理产品压缩机的导入事例。

嘉宾是压缩机引进地 Siam Fuji Ware（总公司：富士珐琅/富士珐琅工业株式会社：1947年创业）的岛田正义厂长。还有压缩机的制造销售商、 ANEST 岩田 Southeast Asia 的冨田贵宏 MD、销售负责人高田茂树。

岛田厂长说：“本公司主要生产销售王道的烹饪器具。”

Siam Fuji Ware 在泰国制造的产品，有杯子和锅等，正是王道珐琅产品。但是，也经营过在日本也见过一次的有名品牌、有名角色的产品，以及高级钟表中使用的珐琅制的表盘等特殊产品。

岛田厂长就 Siam Fuji Ware 引进的压缩机决定为 ANEST 岩田制的经过进行了说明。

“本来从日本带来泰国的压缩机老旧受损，所以我在网上找新的压缩机。那时，我在 ANEST 岩田先生的主页上找到了压缩机，并与他联系。”

ANEST 岩田 Southeast Asia 的冨田 MD 向寻找“步法轻，可以同时进行工程设计的销售公司”的岛田厂长介绍了 YN2-TECH 中村 MD，开始了在泰国的3家公司的合作体制。

关于压缩机的选定，高田销售负责人说：

“旧压缩机非常耗电。询问了希望削减工厂电费的要求，选择了与此相匹配的本公司的压缩机。”

通过优化使用 ANEST 岩田压缩机的空气系统来改变工厂的空气质量

压缩机是供给作为工厂能源来源的空气所不可或缺的。由于压缩机的压缩空气进入生产线时，有混入杂质“水”的风险，ANEST 岩田同时提出更换干燥机。

在新年三天的休息期间顺利进行压缩机的安装。

“刚引进后在操作上花了一些工夫，但现在没有问题。最重要的是产生了清洁的空气，不良品减少了。”岛田厂长说。

冨田 MD 说：“工程师定期拜访客户，如果机器不良，我们会马上进行维护和修理。”

“ ANEST 岩田在泰国设有工厂，因此在零件库存和技术知识方面有很多好处。服务工程师们自信地应对任何不良。”中村 MD 对该公司的工作人员非常信任，自信地说：“也可以放心推荐给本公司重要的客户。”

“从2006年开始，作为富士珐琅工业株式会社的龙头，一直引领着富士珐琅集团。
从2009年开始就任Siam fuji的社长，连续不断改革，但在这种情况下，有缘与中村社长相遇，能晋级改革，实在是太感谢了。

从引进压缩机开始，引进多能自动加工机床1号机、引进3D打印机1号机、引进多能自动加工机床大型2号机、引进 3D 打印机上位机型2号机，为了本公司的发展，总是从本公司的角度提出最好的建议。明明很年轻，却是很棒的好青年！

1990年，从日本的电机制造商转行进入 Siam Fuji Ware 公司。

“在泰国的经历，至今已经有27年了。老家在东京浅草。我越来越喜欢泰国，为了在这里工作，我把生活据点搬到泰国已经20多年了。

本公司主要生产销售珐琅的烹饪器具。我总是想着让客人用本公司的产品做美味的料理，变得开心幸福，所以才做产品。
因此，我们拘泥于日本的制造业品质，与员工同心协力，为客户提供世界水准的安全清洁的好产品。

1997年进入 ANEST 岩田公司。从事市场营销2年，调到开发10年。主要进行欧洲 OEM 机器为日本规格的采用调查。其后，经“服务”去美国赴任。从2018年开始常驻泰国。

「“本公司在泰国提供压缩机从安装到启动的支持。我向 Siam Fuji Ware 提议了与压缩机一起使用的干燥机。
为了让客人放心地在工厂工作，全体员工都在竭尽全力。

“ Siam Fuji Ware 购买了两台本公司的 LRL-370 。作为产品是前一个型号。虽然市场上以变频机为主流，但是岛田厂长想要可以放心使用的压缩机，所以我提出了装载卸载机的方案。
我认为向客户提供 “什么问题都没发生” 是我们的本职工作。
