Accretech (Thailand), the Thai subsidiary of Tokyo Seimitsu, exhibited at the inaugural YUASA Grand Fair held in Bangkok in February 2025. While the long-standing relationship between the parent companies initially motivated their participation, the company also saw this as an opportunity to expand its customer base through Yuasa Trading’s Thai subsidiary. After several years, Accretech decided to establish a dedicated booth, putting significant effort into its exhibition. A total of 12 products from three brands—"Accretech,” “ZEISS,” and “TOSEI”—were showcased. In this article, we will introduce three recommended products from the lineup.

Tokyo Seimitsu is one of the few manufacturers that offers both contact and non-contact 3D surface roughness and shape measuring machines in its lineup. In Thailand’s manufacturing market, traditional contact-type machines are more common. However, in environments requiring high-precision surface machining, more advanced non-contact machines are increasingly being adopted. Taking into account factors such as the surface roughness level of the measured parts, the need for three-dimensional measurement data, and the size and shape of the parts, the company recommends the most suitable machine—whether contact-type or non-contact-type—based on the measurement conditions.
<Key Features>
・High-speed measurement over a wide area in a single shot with a uniform high resolution of 0.01 nm, regardless of lens magnification.
・A unique white light interference fringe peak detection algorithm (DEAP) enables clearer shape data acquisition, even for inclined surfaces of machined parts that were previously difficult to measure.
Applications in Thailand: Gear measurement, bearing manufacturing, semiconductor substrate components, and more.
An all-in-one multi-sensor measuring machine that combines contact and optical measurement technologies in a single unit. It integrates the functions of a 3D measuring machine, projector, optical microscope, image measuring machine, and contour shape measuring machine. Depending on the part being measured and the conditions, it can automatically switch between contact and non-contact sensors (camera and laser).
Tokyo Seimitsu is the exclusive distributor of ZEISS in Japan and has established a business partnership with ZEISS in Thailand, actively pursuing sales activities in the Thai market. One of the company’s strengths is its team of staff with extensive knowledge and experience in handling ZEISS products, ensuring reliable support in Thailand. Particularly for Japanese companies, user support is provided by Japanese engineers.
<Key Features>
・All measurements are operated with a single "CALYPSO" software, used in both ZEISS and Tokyo Seimitsu’s 3D measuring machines, making it user-friendly.
・ZEISS’s high-performance lenses enable highly precise measurement of difficult features, such as edges.
・A common working distance across all magnifications (87mm between the lens and the workpiece), reducing the risk of accidents from lens contact with the workpiece.
・No air usage, allowing flexible installation without concerns about specific setup locations.
The ACCRETECH SBS Dynamic Balance System is designed to meet various needs, such as stabilizing machining precision and reducing cycle time in grinding machines.
To achieve high-precision grinding with high-speed rotating grinding wheels, it is essential to not only consider the size, shape, grit size, and grade of the grinding wheel but also to accurately detect the contact between the grinding wheel and the workpiece during grinding, as well as manage the condition of the grinding wheel.
The SBS system contributes to “improving grinding process efficiency,” “enhancing surface quality and dimensional control,” and “extending the lifespan of grinding wheels and machines.”
Among its features, the SBS Auto-Balance System reduces the time required for replacing grinding wheels and adjusts the wheel balance to a precision of 0.02 microns. Generally, it does not require special skills typically needed for wheel adjustment, making it easy to use.
<Key Features>
・Vibration Sensor
Mounted on the grinding wheel shaft cover to measure vibration forces.
・Operation Controller
The controller detects imbalance from the vibration forces and adjusts the position of the weights inside the balance head to correct the imbalance.
・Balance Head
The balance head is attached to the stone flange or pulley, and the weights inside the head are moved to adjust the balance, reducing vibration.
