XYZAX AXCEL realizes high precision measurement, high speed driving, and expansion of the temperature guaranteed temperature range, in response to higher accuracy of parts. Depending on the application, it is possible to select various measurement systems such as "touch trigger probe", "scanning probe", "non-contact probe", etc., and it is suitable for all applications.

A newly developed drive mechanism is introduced to the driving part of each axis, realizing high speed and stable driving. Comparison with our previous model: Drive speed 64%, Acceleration 35% improvement.

■ Excellent environmental resistance
Introducing a newly designed cover, the X axis guide and the Y axis carriage are structured so that they are not directly affected by temperature change. In addition, we developed a structure that suppresses the deformation of the stone surface plate due to temperature change, minimizing the influence of temperature change.
Accuracy assured temperature of 15 ~ 30 ℃ has been realized.

■ Equipped with a 2-axis rotary head RDS with ± 180 ° rotation, VAST XXT scanning probe
In both horizontal and vertical directions, a maximum of 5,184 possible positioning is possible with a 2-axis rotary head RDS that rotates ± 180 ° at 5.0 ° pitch.
By combining with the scanning probe VAST XXT it is possible to perform highly accurate swing scan measurement at various angles.
Also, nonlinear line laser sensor LineScan 2 can be installed (optional). It is effective for reducing the lead time for curved surface measurement and reverse engineering by acquiring a large amount of point cloud data.
