Easy installation of pneumatic transport piping of powders and granules without welding

EURAC coupling is a device that compress and seal piping connections used for pneumatic transport of powders and granules in factories. Unlike conventional flange system, pipes are joined together with couplings and secured with bolts. The product lineup covers a wide range of requirements from low to high pressure, and can be adapted to pneumatic transport of low to high concentrations, as well as pressure and suction transport.

Compared to SUS304 JIS5KFF flange connection, the construction cost and parts cost of the connection can be reduced by 30% to 50% because welding work is not required. Since maintenance of specific parts can also be easily performed, the product is highly evaluated at sites where safety and cleanliness are important, especially by food, pharmaceutical, and chemical product manufacturers.

【How to install the EURAC coupling】
Simply fit the coupling into the piping, align the center of the coupling with the piping connection, and tighten with a torque wrench to complete the installation. This method significantly reduces conventional welding work.

*The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare has added "welding fumes" generated by metal arc welding and other operations to the Specified Chemical Substance Regulations from 2021.
