A rotary valve moves powder particles filled in from the top by rotating motor-driven rotors incorporated in a cylindrical case, to the bottom to discharge/supply. We design and determine each specification according to the raw materials which it will be used for, the conditions of use, the amount of processing, etc. We offer a variety of other options and select the best one to meet your needs. We can also offer a scraper type that can cope with stubborn adhesion via a scraping blade, and a blow-through type that can be attached directly to the main body and used even on low surfaces.

An inexpensive rotary valve designed for easy discharge. Its light weight and compact design allows it to be placed in a limited space, for example under a dust collector. The rotor can be selected from metal or molded urethane. Please note that there may be a case that this rotary valve for simple discharge may not be able to cope due to the properties of the equipment to be handled, such as abrasion, cohesion, deposition, trapping, and pressure.
