Mr.Khunnawut Samutrattanakul /Managing Director
At the heart of our business is "always working and having a good partner."
We have a 20-year partnership with CGS ASIA, and we continue to provide high-quality services that always satisfy our customers.
ECS Thailand's main customers are in the mold manufacturing industry, electrical and electronic parts industry, automotive parts industry, and home appliance parts industry.
In these industries, safe and durable high-quality molds must be used to mass-produce parts and respond to the high-quality demands of their customers manufacturers.
Having been in the business for over 25 years in these markets and fields, our staff has a good understanding of the various types of molds and how they work and can provide appropriate and technical advice on how to utilize software for the mold and part processing software needed by customers.
This experience and track record has led CGS ASIA to focus on ECS Thailand's future growth potential in the manufacturing industry, and to establish a relationship of mutual trust in the business of taking care of users of C&G Systems' CAD/CAM/IoT solutions such as “AIQ” and “EXCESS-HYBRID II” , as well as software “CAM-TOOL” for mold machining.

We look forward to further cooperation with CGS ASIA in the sales and furnishing service of software for mold manufacturing. We are also looking forward to "discovering new technologies" that we can propose together in the future.
Mr.Tanadej Samutratanakul /General Manager
In the mold manufacturing process, it is necessary to know "when the production will be finished," "how much it will cost," and "whether there have been any problems in the past with the molds used.” AIQ, a process control system for mold and parts manufacturing, is useful for planning production and keeping track of the information.
Many companies must manufacture many molds at the same time. AIQ has great information processing capabilities. It is useful for database information processing, such as which mold parts are preferentially manufactured according to the urgency of delivery. In addition, AIQ has many functions such as real-time digitization/visualization of the work content and production progress at the manufacturing site.
This is because the performance information reflects the plan feedback from the site and is accurate through the transmission and reception of information by the IoT system.
When workers receive the correct information, they are able to analyze and resolve the information on the spot. It can also reduce duplication of work and the burden of paperwork. Further, it can help to keep the information in the database up to date.

EXCESS-HYBRID II is a CAD/CAM specialized for press die design, which enables rapid die design. The Draw license is a basic drawing function for press die design, enabling quick development from a 3D (three-dimensional) model into a plan view.
Trihedral figures and cross-sectional views can be created from 3D models imported into CAD, and dimensions can be automatically placed, and hole cross-sectional views can be automatically created and updated by adding attributes to hole figures. Furthermore, with the addition of the CAM option, NC data for CNC machining and wire-cutting can be quickly created from the drawn hole information.
In addition, the 2D license includes the Design 2D feature, which is a suitable function for designing molds in 2D format. A database of standard mold parts is installed, and it is also possible to create a batch of part drawings and parts lists from the assembly drawing of the designed mold, greatly reducing design man-hours.
Design 3D features include both a solid modeler (Modeler) and a surface modeler (Surface). In addition, a wide variety of CAD/CAM options specialized for press dies can be added according to the application, reducing the man-hours in the process from designing to machining and improving accuracy.
