Director, Mr. Winai is in charge of overall management, including sales, service and training, at each site in Southeast Asia, such as Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Vietnam. "Our customers are mainly automotive-related companies, which account for about 80% of the total. In addition, others such as medical equipment, electrical and electronic equipment-related companies, etc. are also users of our products and services." (Mr. Winai)

He says, "The company has an experienced Japanese technical trainer who regularly performs training of equipment assembly and others to the staff." Service engineer, Mr. Chaisak is in charge of product repair, maintenance, and calibration services. In case of an emergency because of a product breakdown, the company rents out demonstration machines to customers. By exchanging a demonstration machine with a product that is broken down, customers can avoid stopping operations.

Mr. Chaisak also says, "Calibration is usually performed in our lab, but in case it is difficult to bring in products, calibration can be performed by visiting the customer's site." Calibration is provided once a year as an after-sales service. For customers to use the product comfortably after purchasing, the company is prepared with the perfect after-sales service system.
