Due to the outbreak of the virus in the beginning, most of our customer companies still operated on various procedures. Therefore, the machines were still being used as usual. There were also cases where the machines of the customer company needed to be calibrated during the situation that did not allow us to enter and exit the facility normally, so we came up with a plan to deal with this kind of situation by notifying the customer company in the event that it is necessary to repair or calibrate the machine.

We have received good feedback from the customers regarding our plans that we made to handle the situation. It has shown that we are ready to provide services and take care of our customers even in unexpected situations like this. In most cases, customers will contact us regarding calibration due to the annual testing schedule. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a test comparing the measuring equipment to meet the schedule. However, in the case where the machine is broken, we can change the machine for customers to use first and wait for the repair queue, which in this situation, we have approximately 50% backup machines compared to the needs of customers.
