It has shown that we are ready to provide services and take care of our customers even in unexpected situations like this. In most cases, customers will contact us regarding calibration due to the annual testing schedule. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a test comparing the measuring equipment to meet the schedule. However, in the case where the machine is broken, we can change the machine for customers to use first and wait for the repair queue, which in this situation, we have approximately 50% backup machines compared to the needs of customers.
