After working as a salesman at the Nagoya sales office for 16 years, he worked as the manager of the Mie sales office and Kariya sales office before coming to Thailand in 2016. He has a sales style that puts customers first and pursues customer satisfaction in Thailand as well.

Nihon Denkei Co., Ltd. was established in 1950 as a trading company specializing in electronic measuring instruments. Currently, in addition to a wide range of measuring instruments, testing machines and analyzers, we provide development tools, and products and services that support production technology and quality control. It was 22 years ago that Nihon Denkei (Thailand), a local subsidiary, set up an office in Bangkok. Since then, we have been trading with many customers, including automobile related companies and electric and electronic related companies, such as home appliances, air conditioners, and audio manufacturers. It is a great honor that almost all of our customers are doing business with our Japan head office, and it is also a sign of their trust in our company that they continue to use our company in Thailand.

Customers of our Company are trying to manufacture products of the same quality as in Japan at their Thai factories. Nihon Denki (Thailand) is able to provide almost all of the products in Thailand from the about 5,000 manufacturers handled by the Japan head office. We support the quality improvement of our customers' products in Thailand by realizing the equivalent number of products handled in Japan.

We always try to provide after-sales service, repair services, and etcetera that are equivalent to those in Japan, even though we are in Thailand. For example, if our customers are manufacturers with service centers in Thailand or the surrounding area, our Company will contact our customers as the primary contact and deal with them. Also, if they have service centers only in Japan, service engineers of our Company will be in charge of the repair. In addition to Thai engineers who are licensed by manufacturers for repair, our Company also has Japanese engineers. Furthermore, if advanced repair is required, we will deal with it by sending it to the Japanese manufacturers.

Support for expanding sales channels through overseas networks and exhibitions

In addition to the sale of measuring instruments and the provision of services from the customer's perspective, we also have a role. It is a follow-up to manufacturers that manufacture the measuring instruments and testing machines. Unfortunately, it is not easy to aim to increase the sales of measuring instruments in the current Japanese market. In this situation, many manufacturers are trying to expand their sales channels in overseas markets, and we are also having consultations with them almost every day. The Nihon Denkei group uses a network of more than 40 locations in the world, including its Bangkok office, to help manufacturers expand their overseas sales channels.

One of the initiatives is the private exhibition, which is held once a year. This year, with the cooperation of 26 companies, we will carry it out on November 15. We will also hold a technical seminar by 11 manufacturers.
