Nihon Denkei (Thailand) held a private show "NIHON DENKEI FUTURE FLOW 2023" at Novotel Bangkok Hotel in Suvarnabhumi Airport on Friday, November 17, 2023. After a hiatus of four years since the onset of the COVID pandemic, the exhibition saw its 7th edition, with 31 manufacturers supporting and approximately 200 customers attending.

EV demand draws attention to measurement technologies related to EV electrical components
With the growing demand for EV manufacturing in Thailand, products and solutions related to EV electrical component measurement have increased over the past few years.

This is a good tailwind for Nihon Denkei, which has always specialized in measuring in the electrical field.
In the visitor survey, in addition to manufacturers with whom we have had a long relationship, such as Hioki EE, Kikusui Electronics, Espec, and Konica Minolta, we received many inquiries for new manufacturers such as DKK-Toa (industrial wastewater measurement).
Relatively new solutions that attracted attention included an autonomous vehicle performance verification system from British manufacturer OxTS and color quality inspection solutions for automobile body coatings offered by Topcon, Konica Minolta and others.
In addition, it seems that the trend of automotive parts is changing with the demand for EVs, and there were some consultations that they were looking for new evaluation methods.
In Thailand, there are not many exhibitions that concentrate on the field of measurement for electronic equipment. The show has been well received every year as a place for users and suppliers to collect information from each other. We will continue to strengthen our ties with manufacturers and strive to make this private show a trend-transmitting venue for measurement solutions.
