Thai EMIC has been providing laboratory test service for vibration testing in Thailand and ASEAN region since 2014. We have several vibration testers at the Thai EMIC’s testing facility in Bangkok, and offer vibration testing that are suitable for each condition, such as the size of the specimen and the test items. This article will introduce the features and strengths of Thai EMIC's laboratory test service.

Fully equipped with FH series vibration tester capable of handling high levels of acceleration

Currently, we have a total of three FH series vibration testers with different excitation forces available at our testing facility. These highly versatile vibration testers are suitable for testing requiring high acceleration under vibration conditions around frequencies of 20 to 80 Hz

Optional equipment required to obtain more precise vibration test results

In order to obtain more precise vibration test results, optional equipment are deployed as needed. These are important items to give the specimen a more correct vibration.

＜Horizontal excitation table＞

This device is attached to large specimens or specimens that are difficult to change in the mounting posture for performing horizontal excitation. Thai EMIC has implemented a horizontal excitation table using an oil-film slip system that circulates oil between the sliding stone of the base and the table. The restraint of the eccentric moment is strongly supported by oil-circulating linear bearings, allowing safe excitation of specimens with a high center of gravity or with a misaligned center of gravity.

A jig that expands the specimen mounting area and is used to attach large part and specimen to a vibration tester. This is an important device for accurately transmitting the vibration of the vibration generator to the specimen, and we are using several high-precision custom-made jigs manufactured by Fujita Giken Thai for laboratory testing.

It has been 10 years since we started providing laboratory test services in Thailand, and we have accumulated achievements and know-how. In recent years, there has been an increase in quality assurance and research and development of electronic components in the ASEAN and Indian markets, as well as an expansion of transportation demand within the ASEAN region. As a result, the number of consultation requests for laboratory testing has been steadily increasing.

Dedicated laboratory testing staff who have undergone training at the Mizunami Commissioned Testing Center in Japan conduct the tests. He has been managing laboratory test services in Thailand for more than 10 years since the initial launch, and has an extensive knowledge and experience. We consistently provide high-precision vibration test results with stability.

The Company will maintain the accuracy of personal information and manage it safely.
The Company will take appropriate security measures to prevent the loss, destruction, tampering or leakage of personal information.
The Company will take precautionary measures against the loss, destruction, tampering, and leakage of personal information through appropriate system maintenance of the operating system and education of employees.

Request for Notification, Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use of Personal Information

In the case the Company receives request from the individual user regarding the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or erasure of personal information, stoppage of use by a third party or notification of use, after confirmation that the requester is the individual user, the Company will respond without delay in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

Note that in the case that the request does not meet the requirements stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Act, or the reason to reject such request is permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act or other laws and regulations, the request may not be fulfilled.

In addition, there is no payment required or fees associated with the request for disclosure by the individual user. However, the cost of communication from the individual user to the Company, transportation expenses, and expenses associated with the preparation of materials for the purposes of individual identification will be the responsibility of the individual user.

Revision of Privacy Policy: The Company will review the operational status of the handling of personal information and make efforts for continuous improvement, and may change the Policy as necessary. After such changes to the Policy, the Policy will be published on the Company’s website.
