Laboratory test service

This is the service which brings the customer's testing object into our company and conducts many kinds of tests in the laboratory test facility. Thai EMIC can conduct various vibration tests and environmental tests at a specified temperature and humidity. The experienced engineers in Thailand provide solution services at a Japanese level and contribute to the quality assurance of the products.

Vibration test equipment

The vibration tests are conducted on all industrial products including cars, IT equipment and familiar home electric appliances to use them at ease and safely. "FH Series" is a high-speed vibration test equipment. It is effective when the vibration condition is around 20-80Hz of frequency and large acceleration is required. In Thailand, EMIC is conducting a laboratory test service with various vibration test equipment according to the customer's purpose.

Environmental test equipment

The environmental test is a test which evaluates the products by specifying humidity and temperature as well as vibration and making a combined environment by its combination. It is a necessary test for the automobile industry and electronic component industry, such as semiconductors. Vibetech chamber® tests 3 conditions, "temperature", "humidity" and "vibration" at the same time, which drastically shortens the testing time and provides high-leveled reliability evaluation test.
