My name is Takabayashi, just assigned to Enshu (Thailand) in November 2020 and replacing my predecessor. It is very nice to meet you.
The new Coronavirus has yet to end, and investment plans for equipment in Thailand for many of you continue to remain unclear. I strongly hope that the economy of Thailand and other ASEAN countries will start to recover within 2021 through various responses, such as vaccines being widely available.
At Enshu (Thailand), we propose an overhaul of our machining center and other equipment to customers who only have a small budget for equipment investment, and recommend the introduction of the MC built-in automatic transfer device "E-Loader".
By connecting two machining centers (MC) with different processing contents (including jig configuration) with E-Loader, it is possible to automate everything from the material to the finished product.
It is possible to shorten the manual cycle time that previously required workers to carry the work piece and set it in the MC of the next process by automating.
Compared to automation such as installing robot and gantry on the line or connecting with a conveyor, installing E-Loader costs about one-third the cost of one robot. This is a significant reduction in capital investment
When I go around to a customer's factory and talk to them, it seems that many business owners think that labor costs are still cheaper in Thailand. However, when the number of people is about 100 to 500, the cost reduction effect of the introduction can be clearly seen by a numerical value.
・Introduction cost →Although labor costs in Thailand are low, E-Loader can operate full-time 24 hours a day.
・The accuracy of work piece attachment/detachmentis superior to that of humans.
・ E-Loader is automatic transport, so there is no human error.
・ Attachment/detachment time for one work piece → Compared to 10 to 12 seconds by a human, E-Loader has a short handling time of about 7 seconds
I have many years of experience as a project engineer for dedicated machines in the design department. When meeting with customers, I can provide comprehensive advice, including planning new lines, start-up schedules, equipment specification changes, and technical follow-upa after equipment delivery.
In addition, for customers who have already been delivered, I will also respond to consultations on improving the function of equipment and consultations regarding overhauls. As a sales + technical engineer, please feel free to contact me for anything related to machine tools and equipment such as machining centers and E-Loader, or any problems you are currently having.
We will make the best proposal according to your budget and request.
