BT15 vertical machining center "SV130"

The No. 15 vertical machining center is compact and space-saving, yet has a wide machining area. The standard spindle speed is 20,000 rpm, but it can be customized to 50,000 rpm, making it ideal for micro-machining of high-hardness materials such as semiconductor parts, watch parts, and jewelry, which was difficult to do at 20,000 rpm.

BT30 horizontal machining center "SH350"

X axis of the machining center is used as a transfer drive source, and by increasing the speed of X-axis movement with a rack and pinion gear, enough transfer stroke can be secured. The transfer can be controlled with the control board of the machining center, so it is easy to understand and can be used safely.
