THAI HIBEX is the official distributor of Chinese robot manufacturer “DOBOT” in Thailand from 2023, a manufacturer of collaborative robots (COBOT) that boasts a high industry share.
DOBOT's name means "DO OUR BEST OF TECHNOLOGY" and was founded in Shenzhen, China in 2015. The company has one of Asia's largest COBOT manufacturing plants in Shandong, China, with an annual production capacity of 100,000 units. DOBOT's business began with the development of desktop COBOT used for robotics research and programming materials. Later, they began developing desktop robots for industrial use as well.

New series evolved from the CR series. Cycle time has been reduced by 25% and the control box and operation software have been improved. It has improved work efficiency for the level of collaboration between robots and humans in terms of safety, stability, and range of use. The product lineup is diverse with payloads ranging from 3 kg to 20 kg. Mean time between failures (MTBF) is 30,000 hours for continuous smooth operation.

Equipped with the unique "Safe Skin" collision avoidance technology. “Safe Skin" is a technology that stops the robot 10 to 15 cm before it reaches an object. 2.5D camera with a resolution of 5 megapixels developed by DOBOT can also be mounted. The robot can accurately grip workpieces on both flat and inclined surfaces.

Since DOBOT has manufactured many learning robots for educational institutions, software is known for user friendly, and it can be easily used without advanced programming knowledge. DOBOT has also received ISO13849 and reliability certification and has rarely failed within the MTBF warranty period.
THAI HIBEX provides a full support or services as an authorized distributor of DOBOT in Thailand. In addition to THAI HIBEX engineers trained at DOBOT's headquarters in China. Sales staff and field application engineers include Thai staff from DOBOT, who are available to provide daily service support as well as support for product updates. DOBOT will open a service office at the end of 2023 to serve our customers in Thailand. The office will be equipped with demo units of all robot models.
