Pokayoke System (Human error countermeasures)

The Pokayoke system is a device and mechanism for avoiding inadvertent mistakes (human errors) by Thai workers. Generally, it is installed in the process of the production line. By introducing this device, a reduction in defective products and improvement in productivity are expected. Furthermore, if a tool that records the data of Pokayoke results is incorporated into the automated system, it can be applied to traceability and performance management.
