Pokayoke System (Human error countermeasures)

The Pokayoke system is a device and mechanism for avoiding inadvertent mistakes (human errors) by Thai workers. Generally, it is installed in the process of the production line. By introducing this device, a reduction in defective products and improvement in productivity are expected. Furthermore, if a tool that records the data of Pokayoke results is incorporated into the automated system, it can be applied to traceability and performance management. IoT / Traceability

We have developed our own original system that utilizes the IoT (Internet of Things). We are proactively working on traceability, as well as smart factories that communicate with each other and with the sites by grasping the operating status in real time through the internet.
