Hoshizaki (Thailand) exhibited at “THAIFEX – Anuga Asia 2023”, one of Thailand's largest integrated food trade fairs, held at Impact Muang Thong Thani from May 23 to 27, 2023. The exhibition showcased over 1,200 products from 11 sectors of the food industry. It was an opportunity to obtain the latest trends in the food and beverage industry and to expand business through exchanges with fellow traders.
Hoshizaki's commercial ice-makers and ice-dispensers that maximize the flavor of drinks
Among the products on display, ice-makers were one of the main attractions. Hoshizaki ice has the strengths of transparency and slow melting. Its special feature lies in the ability to create ice in a unique shape that preserves the flavor and quality of drinks.

The crescent ice-maker C series with a crescent shape made its debut at this exhibition. This product is capable of making ice in a shape that can be used for a wider variety of drinks.

It can be said that this product can meet the needs of an era that emphasizes hygiene, and is suitable for use in offices and restaurants such as self-service buffets.

In addition, ice-makers are available to meet a wide range of demands, including ball ice-makers, big cube ice-makers, and cube ice-makers of various sizes, allowing customers to choose according to the type of drink they want.

New models of popular commercial refrigerators and dishwashers were also displayed.

Hoshizaki refrigerators are becoming increasingly popular in the Southeast Asian market for commercial refrigerators. They are characterized by the high effectiveness of their cooling functions, with refrigerators capable of cooling down to -6 to 12°C and freezers to -23 to -7°C. Durability also meets Japanese quality standards.
At THAIFEX 2023, the company announced a new hood-type dishwasher model, the “HW-600B3”. Its development and manufacturing were managed by one of the world's leading dishwasher manufacturers, a Hoshizaki Group company. In addition, it was revealed that a new imported model of the undercounter dishwasher will be released in Thailand next year.

As an importer and distributor of Hoshizaki brand commercial kitchen appliances, the purpose of the exhibition was to create customer awareness and to provide a channel for displaying the products being sold and will be launched in the future. The company also expects to connect directly with customers about their demands, which will lead to product enhancement.
We interviewed Mr. Yamakawa, MD of Hoshizaki (Thailand), about his impression of the exhibit.
"We feel that our booth allowed us to meet directly with our target customers and exchange information, enabling us to recommend products that meet the real needs of our users. We were also able to provide customers with the opportunity to actually see and touch the various forms of ice that can be made with Hoshizaki ice-makers, which helped them to feel more comfortable in their purchasing decisions. This event was a valuable opportunity for us, as we do not usually display actual machines. We believe that we were able to help people not only consider purchases of the machines, but also come up with ideas for drink menus. We believe that this event helped customers feel more familiar with Hoshizaki as a brand. We would like to link the feedbacks we received from customers at this event to future product development and improvements.“
