The Hoshizaki Singapore exhibited at "FHA HoReCa 2024," Southeast Asia's largest trade show for the food industry, held in Singapore from October 22 to 25, 2024. This article provides an overview of FHA HoReCa 2024 in Singapore and highlights the products showcased at the exhibition.
This is one of Asia's largest exhibitions for the food, beverage, dining, food service, and hospitality industries. It brings together distributors, retailers, producers, and other stakeholders. The exhibition spans 50,000 square meters—equivalent to the size of one Tokyo Dome—and hosted over 800 companies.
Hoshizaki offers a range of high-quality, reasonably priced products tailored to various needs, including commercial refrigerators, freezers, ice makers, and dishwashers. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Hoshizaki refrained from participating in exhibitions. However, in 2024, the company returned to exhibitions as the Hoshizaki Group, collaborating with its group companies "BREMA" and "ozti" for their debut joint exhibition .

Hoshizaki’s Group Companies Specialize in the Unique Development of Products Such as Ice Makers and Dishwashers
Based in Italy, this manufacturer joined the Hoshizaki Group in 2022 and specializes in the sale of commercial ice makers. While its current sales in Southeast Asia are primarily focused on the Philippine market, the company aims to expand its distribution network across Southeast Asia, Europe, and the Middle East in the future.

BREMA offers a line of environmentally sustainable products, including ice makers built with a “GreenTech Design” that prioritizes component recyclability. This design simplifies assembly and disassembly, reduces the volume of transported parts by 33%, and is expected to cut carbon dioxide emissions by 55%.
A commercial kitchen equipment manufacturer from Turkey that joined the Hoshizaki Group in 2019. The company also manufactures OEM products for Hoshizaki Thailand, and one of its flagship products, the dishwasher, achieving strong sales in the Thai market.

Hoshizaki and ozti showcased a jointly developed bakery machine (dough conditioner) which combines freezing, thawing, and fermentation functions in a single unit. This product attracted considerable attention from visitors. It is currently available in Europe, and the companies are working to obtain certifications to expand sales across Southeast Asia in the future.

Hoshizaki’s Featured New Products|Ultra-low Temperature Freezer & Energy-Saving Dishwashers
The following four commercial kitchen equipment items stood out as highlights at the Hoshizaki booth.
■ HDF Series: Natural Refrigerant Deep Freezer (Ultra-low Temperature Freezer) - “HDF-140A-SEA”
This new product, which began mass production in August 2024, is an eco-friendly, non-Freon freezer that uses natural refrigerants. It stores items at ultra-low temperatures down to -60°C. Additionally, it features an alert system with a buzzer and error display to notify users of any abnormal temperature detected inside, helping to prevent food deterioration.
■ Hooded Dishwashers with Heat Recovery System
The dishwasher, developed in collaboration with ozti, features a heat recovery system. Unlike conventional dishwashers that release high-temperature steam during operation, this model reuses the exhaust heat, resulting in high energy efficiency and an improved kitchen working environment. It is expected to be available for sale in 2025.
■Counter Refrigerator with Cutting Board (Prep Table) - "RT-128MA-S(P)-PRS"
The stainless steel refrigerator with a prep table, launched in 2024, features a cabinet on top for ingredient storage. Once the ingredients are retrieved, they can be immediately prepared or processed on the cutting board at the front for cooking.
■ Stand-Type Heater with Swing-Up Function (Electric Fryer) – "FL-20B-SEA"

Aiming to Develop New Sales Channels and Attract Customers with a Product Lineup Focused on Sustainability as the Main Theme
Regarding the response to the exhibition and future PR activities, Mr. Ishida, Business and Product Planning, Marketing Manager of Hoshizaki's Southeast Asia regional headquarters, shared the following:
