Acidic electrolyzed water is water that contains a large amount of hypochlorous acid (HClO) which has high bactericidal activity and has a sterilizing effect. Hoshizaki's WOX series is an electrolyzed water generator that specializes in food sterilization and hand hygiene management, and employs a direct pouring system that can be used like tap water.

There are various merits of hygienic management using electrolyzed water. The WOX series, which is specialized in the sterilization of food, pours out acidic electrolyzed water containing a lot of hypochlorous acids (HClO) with high bactericidal power.
