"ISB Iguchi Bearings", a ball transfer cargo handling equipment that is excellent for moving heavy loads

Being introduced this time is the general ball bearing "ISB Iguchi Bearings" by Iguchi Kiko (ball transfer cargo handling equipment). It is an excellent product that has a high market share of 40% in Japan and aims to be popularly used in the Thai market. It is used to smoothly move heavy objects at factory production sites or in various plants. It supports heavy objects placed on pallets, etc. with balls and is possible to move them to the desired position while freely turning the direction 360 degrees. The ISB ball bearing has a common "upward type" that supports things on the floor and a "downward type" that supports them from the above.

From January of this year, we became a Thai distributor of the company and will oversee sales in the Thai market where manufacturing and industry are aggregated. The main features of the ISB Iguchi Bearings are the high performance that can be operated with a slight resistance value of about 3/100 of the workpiece weight, and the extensive product lineup that has everything from lightweight to heavy use.

There are various types of main ball bearings with diameters ranging from a minimum size of 5 mm to a maximum of over 150 mm, and able to handle loads from 5 kg to over 1 ton. The manufacturing process is different for lightweight and heavy products. For lightweight products from 5 kg weight, press processing is used to speed up the finish, focusing on usability. On the other hand, for workpieces with weight exceeding 500 kg, we take in cutting processing to ensure that durability is not impaired.

In order to avoid unbalanced loads and concentrated loads when introducing and installing, we try to limit up to 1/2 of the working load for lightweight bearings and up to 2/3 for heavy load bearings. We regularly receive product training from IGUCHI (THIALAND) to pursue the safety and security of our customers.
