Ibuki Sangyo Co., Ltd. is a specialized trading company of press machines, sheet metal processing machines, and machine tools.
Our local Thai company, "Ibuki Sangyo (Thailand) Co., Ltd." was founded in October 2014. We handle a wide range of machining centers, electric discharge machines, peripheral equipment, and etcetera from new to second-hand goods centering on press machines and sheet metal processing machines with an expansive inventory. Also, we are a distributor of Komatsu branded products.

Our belief is to respond to any request, and provide products procured utilizing original purchasing routes that are of high quality and can be offered at a stable price. We are constantly gathering the latest information by visiting the different worksites to determine what sort of machines are selling and what is required in the market. We believe that it is our job to provide "what is needed now".

In addition to selling products, we also carefully repair and maintain press machines, and other related machinery with the cooperation of ENSHIN INDUSTRY CO., LTD., a partner company. Enshin’s motto is "to provide the best service at a reasonable price". We will combine tags with partners who have made equal ambitions to achieve the best "hospitality".

Workers' wages have risen in Thailand, and the situation of automation / labor savings has been underway to help offset increased labor costs. On the other hand, market conditions are on a recovery trend centered on automobiles since the latter half of last year. These changes in the environment have also led to motivation for capital investment, and the number of inquiries is also increasing day by day. It is our company's specialty to handle a wide range of products, from new to second hand. We will also strive to expand inventory in anticipation of demand.

We also provide technical guidance as part of our customer service. In late September of each year, we implement a free "private exhibition & maintenance workshop" for our customer’s Thai engineers in our factory. In this class, we will carefully explain maintenance of the press machine, how to use the Misfeed sensor device, and other special characteristics with demonstrations.

Most of the orders from customers are custom-made for that factory or specific purpose. There is no same thing. Our mission is to select how to meet customers' needs from among many press machines, machine tools, and how to deliver it as soon as possible to customer. This is the reason to increase inventory. We work closely with the parent company in Japan to keep procurement smooth.

Establishing a company in Thailand was an important decision made while customers continued to expand overseas. "By being nearby, we could provide the best service". There was a request also in the latter half of the 1980s when the home electronics industry proceeded to advance, but in those days I did not think about overseas expansion. When I think of those days, I feel as if I am living in a completely different age. This is also some kind of fate. I would like to contribute to making things in Thailand.

Request for Notification, Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use of Personal Information

In the case the Company receives request from the individual user regarding the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or erasure of personal information, stoppage of use by a third party or notification of use, after confirmation that the requester is the individual user, the Company will respond without delay in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

Note that in the case that the request does not meet the requirements stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Act, or the reason to reject such request is permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act or other laws and regulations, the request may not be fulfilled.

In addition, there is no payment required or fees associated with the request for disclosure by the individual user. However, the cost of communication from the individual user to the Company, transportation expenses, and expenses associated with the preparation of materials for the purposes of individual identification will be the responsibility of the individual user.

Revision of Privacy Policy: The Company will review the operational status of the handling of personal information and make efforts for continuous improvement, and may change the Policy as necessary. After such changes to the Policy, the Policy will be published on the Company’s website.
