Our Company, KWE-Kintetsu World Express (Thailand) Co., Ltd. was established in 1989 as the local subsidiary. We integrated with TKK Logistic, a local distribution company in Thailand, in 2011, and we currently have about 1,500 employees within our Thai corporation, and we provide our clients with high quality distribution services by specializing in our own business.

With respect to the air transportation business, about 400 employees work at our offices and the airport sites day and night in order to protect the supply chain of our clients. For the Customs work conducted by our Company, we handle about 12,000 shipments/month in total for export and import transactions. The handling volume is increasing year by year, and the existing air transportation business in the market is increasing every year.

Regarding the Customs clearance service for our air transportation business, we have our own service centers at Suvarnabhumi International Airport and Don Mueang International Airport that provide our clients with high quality services, such as monitoring of cargo. Especially, for an emergency delivery, we have prepared the system under which cargo arriving late at night will be delivered the next morning according to the client's request, and we can ensure to keep to the delivery schedule of our clients.
For example, a shipment from Don Mueang International Airport within Bangkok can be delivered to the client by 6:00am, when the travel restriction regulation starts, and we have received good reports about this service.

Of course, we devote much effort to train of our drivers handling the very important cargo for our clients, and we deliver to many destinations. We hold original lectures and training for our drivers, and the drivers receiving such training handle our trucks safely; the trucks are equipped with GPS and journey recording technology to monitor safe driving. We also have the “e-POD” service whereby it is possible to check the delivery completion information with a smartphone. We are implementing further improvements and expansion of our delivery services.

We have our Japanese staff in place at the sales, customer service, and cargo handling sites at the airports. In accordance with the 24-hour operation at both airports, we handle any emergency cargo of our clients, including a hand-carry service at weekends and national holidays. Request for Notification, Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use of Personal Information

In the case the Company receives request from the individual user regarding the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or erasure of personal information, stoppage of use by a third party or notification of use, after confirmation that the requester is the individual user, the Company will respond without delay in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

Note that in the case that the request does not meet the requirements stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Act, or the reason to reject such request is permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act or other laws and regulations, the request may not be fulfilled.

In addition, there is no payment required or fees associated with the request for disclosure by the individual user. However, the cost of communication from the individual user to the Company, transportation expenses, and expenses associated with the preparation of materials for the purposes of individual identification will be the responsibility of the individual user.

Revision of Privacy Policy

The Company will review the operational status of the handling of personal information and make efforts for continuous improvement, and may change the Policy as necessary. After such changes to the Policy, the Policy will be published on the Company’s website.
