Good equipment is required to produce good products. Other than CNC automatic lathes, NC lathes, machining centers, and special tools, we have always incorporated a number of high-performance machine and equipment in order to establish a system that can respond to various customer's needs. In addition, by having good collaboration between internal sections, we are able to realize shortening of inprocess lead time and improvement of machining accuracy. For these reasons, it is possible for us to maximize the performance of these excellent machines. Furthermore, we conduct manufacturing training in Japan from time to time, and all of our staff members are engage in manufacturing seriously.

For quality control, we brought in various measuring equipment, such as Image Measuring Machine, Roughness and Contracer Measuring Machine, Roundness Measuring Machine, Digital Measuring Microscopes, 3D Coordinate Measuring Machine and Residual Measuring Machine. In 2018, we acquired ISO 9001: 2015 / IATF16949: 2016 certification and the quality status in the production process is constantly being inspected by sampling inspection. In addition to “zero quality complaints” and “100% delivery on time”, we are striving for thorough quality control with the goal of “raising the yield for each product to 99.5% or higher”.
