"CHORUS" has the meaning of "freezing" in Japanese (Koh-rasu), and also has the meaning of “making a relation with customers like creating a harmonic melody together with customers."


Based on these concepts, we design and manufacture custom-made freezers.

Our freezers are designed to have a low dehydration ratio, so that the freshness and color (appearance) of food can be maintained even after freezing. Inheriting design technology from Japan, the conveyor in the freezer does not require lubricating oil because it is designed in compliance with hygienic design principles and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). In addition, the conveyor section is made of SUS 304, which is safe in food-hygienic.

Freezing test is conducted for each product, and the freezer is designed to order.

Freezing time required for each product varies depending on the thickness, size, shape, package and other conditions. Since freezing time has a significant impact on the freezer capacity, we conduct freezing tests with each of our customers' products. Based on this data, we design our freezers. The custom-made designs enable us to provide the optimal freezers for the production capacity and space available at the factory. We are the only manufacturer in Thailand that utilizes the freezing test data in designing process.

Our engineers temporarily assemble the freezer before shipment and conduct quality inspection, and then assemble and install it at the customer's site. The normal delivery time after receiving order is approximately 6.5 months or less.

The number of freezers we sold in Thailand have exceeded 200 units. In addition, our skilled service team of more than 20 people, provides meticulous after-sales service for our customers to use the freezers for a long time.

Request for Notification, Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use of Personal Information

In the case the Company receives request from the individual user regarding the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or erasure of personal information, stoppage of use by a third party or notification of use, after confirmation that the requester is the individual user, the Company will respond without delay in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

Note that in the case that the request does not meet the requirements stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Act, or the reason to reject such request is permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act or other laws and regulations, the request may not be fulfilled.

In addition, there is no payment required or fees associated with the request for disclosure by the individual user. However, the cost of communication from the individual user to the Company, transportation expenses, and expenses associated with the preparation of materials for the purposes of individual identification will be the responsibility of the individual user.

Revision of Privacy Policy
