Mayekawa (Thailand) is a specialized manufacturer and seller of industrial refrigeration compressors, freezers for food factories, and meat processing robots, etc. The company also designs and installs refrigeration systems. THAIFOODS FURTHER has been using refrigeration systems supplied by Mayekawa since 2017. Mayekawa handled everything from designing the electrical control panel to programming, installation at the customer's factory, and machine commissioning.

The system is designed using PLC and HMI to provide a visualization of the machine operation status and the overall system condition. The operation status, operation data, alarm confirmation, operation settings, etc. of the system can all be managed by HMI, making it the latest system that makes it easy to control operation.

SCADA is also used to assist in making the refrigeration system more manageable. It monitors and records operational data, and these data can be used to improve work efficiency and machine maintenances. Furthermore, if connected to the Internet, SCADA can send messages and alerts to operators via LINE or e-mail.

Mayekawa's screw compressor units are equipped with the "MYPRO-TOUCH" microprocessor control panel developed in-house to control compressor operation. The "MYPRO –TOUCH" uses a touch panel system, enabling intuitive operation using icons. The compressor's capacity follows the heat load fluctuation to achieve optimal control.
