It can handle various workpieces (work) processed from stainless steel (SUS) raw material to nitrided steel, with single-sided and double-sided surface grinding machines and CBN · DIA wheels.

By special manufacturing method with high porosity, it is excellent in sharpness and has a strong abrasive grain holding power, so it is possible to set a coupling degree softer than conventional resinoid grindstone, realizing high grinding ratio. Compared with ordinary resinoid stone, there is no dropout of extra abrasive grains, so processing accuracy improves if the same grain size.

In the heavy grinding process of the spring, the heat absorbing property which is the feature of the magnesia grinding stone exerts the force, and the thermal damage of the workpiece (work) is reduced. It realizes high precision and stable grinding processing.

We offer grinding wheels that can be polished more finely and finely in the re-grinding of flat blades such as cutting, woodworking and pulverizing blades and round blades such as chipsaw. Mitsui's grinding stone softly hits the blade, realizing a good sharpness and finished surface.
