At Moretech (Thailand) we manufacture chip conveyors and chip crushers for various types of machine tools to accelerate automation and labor saving at our customers’ factories. At Moretech (Thailand), besides chip conveyors and crushers, we also manufacture tanks and filters for machine tool coolants. Filtering the coolant and discharging the metal chips and sludge will prevent the coolant contamination and make it last longer. Also, it can reduce the needs of regular cleanouts and prevent machine troubles.

We manufacture conveyors for mainly 3 types of metal chips. Long and curly metal chips, light weighted aluminum chips, and small powdery metal chips. We will carefully check the size and type of our customers metal chips and processing method to select, design, and manufacture the best type of conveyor for them.

The metal chip crusher is our product designed to crush metal chips that are produced when processing metal such as steel, iron, aluminum. The crusher can reduce the volume of the chips down to 1/3. This reduces the frequency of the metal chip collection and man work/costs involved.
