Chips are always generated at metalworking sites. The shape and size of chips vary depending on the type of machining, and many factories are troubled by the disposal of such chips. Our customers who use our crushers also ask us to "reduce the volume of chips" or "simplify the handling of chips," and we have developed a chip compressor in Thailand to solve such problems.
Most metalworking factories in Thailand centrifuge chips to separate them into scrap metal and oil, which are then recycled or disposed of. Those sites that have crushers can process chips as finely as possible, but there are limits to the volume reduction that can be achieved with crushers alone, and issues such as securing chip storage space and processing efficiency remain. Chip compressor "MAS-100" solves all of these problems.

■ High compressive force reduces the volume of chips! Volume reduction rate of 1/5 to 1/50
While most compressors on the market in Thailand are capable of 40 to 60 tons, the MAS-100 compresses chips at a pressure of 100 tons, making it possible to easily solidify a wide range of materials, including iron, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, and gunmetal.
The volume can be reduced to a maximum of 1/50, contributing to more efficient chip handling. The smaller volume also reduces transportation and storage costs and increases the value (selling price) of them as recycled material.

Compared to centrifugal separators and de-oiling machines, coolant fluid can be recovered with higher rate.
Not only can cutting oil be recycled, but coolant leakage from chips is prevented, contributing to the beautification of the factory environment.
■ Improved remelting yield
Briquetting chips prevents evaporation of powdered scrap when remelting metals. Aluminum is particularly susceptible to this, with approximately 20-30% evaporating. Since there are many factories in Thailand that process aluminum, solidification is effective in reducing material costs by raising the reuse rate of the material to almost 100%.
By crushing chips as finely as possible with Crusher (chip crusher) before applying them to a compressor, the throughput of the compressor can be increased by 2 to 4 times. Moretech's crusher features high crushing capacity with patented original mechanism.
All chute and trestle sizes are customizable. There is also an increasing demand for a fully automated device by combining a crusher and a compressor with a conveyor.
