NACHI's unique oil hole shape "REVO Power Cooler" has been developed to achieve the balance of cooling, lubrication and chip evacuation by combining our technological strengths. In pursuit of the ideal drill, we have also developed a carbide base material that has both toughness and wear resistance. By applying the REVO-D coating with excellent oxidation resistance, the service life has been dramatically extended. It supports a wide range of materials, from general steel to stainless steel, titanium alloys and heat-resistant alloys, and can be processed under a wide range of conditions such as high-speed cutting and high-feed processing.

We have been confident in the performance of the “Aqua REVO Drill Oil Hole,” but still we are delighted to know its usefulness at the actual production site has been really improved by being adopted by two major auto manufacturers recently.

One of the companies that signed a delivery contract had introduced our product as a trial since last September. As a result of the test trial, we received a report that the service life was increased by 1.5 times, and it became clear that the difficulties in improving materials and developing unique shapes and coatings had paid off. As a result, they have fully adopted our products since this February because the total cost can be significantly reduced.

Another company is our new customer, and we have just received an order. When they were looking for a high-performance drill to launch a new project, they found and were interested in our “Aqua REVO Drill Oil Hole”. Generally, as a new project, the concept of the Aqua REVO Oil Hole was included from the trial period, and the performance was evaluated. Then, the trial test has started this January, and we soon received the order from them. We are proud that those qualified engineers evaluated the capability and cost performance of our products.

We will drive a revolution in the Monozukuri world in Thailand, too.
