An automatic sorter is a machine that detects whether there is any mix-up of defective products or incorrect parts before shipment. For today's manufacturing companies, the mix-up of defective products is one of the major risks. Even if 1 defective product in 100,000 is mixed into the normal product, it is likely to lead to a callback. "VIZION" is a product of sorter dedicated manufacturer VIZION from Taiwan. There are a lot of sorter manufacturers in Taiwan. VIZION is one of the four major manufacturers, and NANO SEIMITSU has been carefully selected as a partner.

Function of VIZION

・The unit is able to sort products of all kinds of materials including metal, resin, rubber, and wood.
※ There is a limit on size and weight. Contact us for more details.
・There are 3 types of sorting method available. Sort by image using a CCD camera, Tissue sorting (tissue, hardness, material) combining with image sorting and eddy current testing instruments, or, a combination of the two above. This will allow no erroneous operation and erroneous judgment.
※ Before starting operations, it is necessary to correctly calibrate VIZION.
・High-speed sorting is possible, 100,000 pieces sorting can be completed in one day.
・Count the quantity with the sensor. It prevents the mistake of the packing quantity.

Types of VIZION

Three types are available depending on the shape of the selection object.

1. GLASS TABLE TYPE

Put the object on the round glass type table, and sort. Turn the screw head upside down to stand the object on the glass table and sort by shooting from the top and bottom, right and left.

2. INDEX TABLE TYPE

Sort out by hooking the head of the screw. Use this INDEX method for objects of a shape that cannot be set to stand on a glass table.

3. FERRIES (Ferris wheel) TYPE

This unit is for the objects that cannot be set to stand on the glass table and that cannot use an INDEX TABLE because there is no head to hook. It is sorted by laying the items down on a dedicated carrier.
