Evolving Sorting System Will be Presented in SUBCON THAILAND 2019

Nano Seimitsu Co., Ltd that develops “Sort House” which automatically sort pats such as automotive parts, in addition to sorting system that adopted appearance inspection technology, has forwarded installation plan of the cooperative robot which takes care of carry-in and carry-out instead of human. This robot is planned to be displayed at “SUBCON THAILAD 2019” at BITEC, during May 8 – 11.

Nano Seimitsu meet an advanced appearance inspection technology made by Decsys (Thailand)

A high-speed automatic sorting machine named “VIZION”, Nano Seimitsu’s product, is able to sort fast, and it is possible to sort 100K pieces in a day. However, the sorting method is that a camera takes size of subjects, and has some issues to read appearance condition, so that, it detects scars, dents, coating peeled away, and foreign substances.

Mr. Oishi had thought that he wanted to overcome this matter. He says “While I was looking for partners, I met Decsys (Thailand) and formed capital and sales alliance”.

The strength of Decsys(Thailand) is that they can develop and propose camera, software and system in groups because they are an image processing manufacturer.
In July, 2017, their Thai subsidiary was established, and began to supply automatic inspection device. They are especially good at inspection of metal parts such as shafts. Mr. Sugai, Decsys(Thailand), says “The feature of our inspection technology is to efficiently catch reflection of scars and dents. With combination of camera and light source, it instantly detects malfunctions human may overlook”.

In sorting process, ‘Techman Robot’ made by Taiwanese manufacturer is going to take care of carry-in and carry-out of subjects to and from automatic inspection system. The exclusive agent of the ‘Techman Robot’, Premier Automation Center, joined Thailand’s market in February, 2018. Mr. Matsumoto GM says “This robot is usable like a smart phone” about feature of the robot.

The greatest sale point of the Techman Robot is the built-in camera which detects the subjects. The most delightful point is that it moves on the same platform which is normally separated. This device enables it move more similar to human than ever before because it can correct location of subject based on information collected by camera. This robot will be powerful force of sorting process that thousands of subjects must be inspected and sorted.
