Fluxes

Flux acts as a joint promoter during brazing and welding. It also prevents re-oxidation of joints. It is available in forms such as powder, paste, and liquid, depending on the application. It is important to choose the appropriate flux for the metal to be joined, as it will affect product performance and productivity.

Paste flux (for silver brazing, brass brazing)

The paste type flux is sticky and can be applied precisely to the area to be brazed. The flux is selected according to the active temperature range and operating conditions. We have "for silver brazing" and "for brass brazing". Among them, the type with excellent heat resistance and the type with excellent ability to remove oxides from the base material are highly active, so they are suitable to be used for brazing stainless steel. Liquid Flux

Oxidation of copper and copper alloys forms an oxide film that inhibits the brazing filler metal from wetting (spreading of the molten brazing filler metal on the surface of the base material), which adversely affects brazing. Our liquid flux controls the oxide film on copper and copper alloys and promotes joining using phosphorus copper brazing filler metal.
