Regenerative turbo mixer KTM is a system for efficiently suctioning, stirring, mixing, dissolving, and pumping "gas and liquid (gas-liquid),” "liquid and liquid (binary liquid)," and "powder and liquid (powder-liquid)" media. It refines functional water by mixing and dissolving various gases such as oxygen, nitrogen, ozone, CO2, hydrogen gas, and chlorine in water or liquid. Furthermore, it excels in the function of transporting as a high-pressure pump.

◎ Three functions in single machine
One KTM regenerative turbo mixer handles: suction → mixing/dissolving → pumping. It has the functions of a pump, ejector, and mixer.

Special mixing blades efficiently and continuously mix and dissolve "liquids and liquids," "gases and liquids," and "powders and liquids" that are difficult to dissolve.
◎ Compact, lightweight, space-saving
No need for large pressure tanks, ejectors, and static mixers to promote dissolution! System becomes much more compact than conventional methods.
◎ Easy to operate and maintain
Once the degree of valve opening/closing is adjusted at the beginning, the same functional water can be refined by simply turning the valve ON and OFF the next time. Maintenance is also easy due to the small number of components!
KTM not only replaces static mixers, but also achieves a level of highly efficient gas-liquid dissolution that is not possible with conventional methods. It also plays an active role in the generation of highly concentrated microbubbles, emulsification, and refining of emulsion fuels.
