Cyclone filter VDF
No consumables! Maintenance-free removal of more than 90% of liquid sludge
The cyclone filter VDF (Vortex Dynamic Filter) features centrifugal force for solid-liquid separation. The filter does not clog and can be operated maintenance-free. It is a very environmentally friendly filtration element.
■ Applications
- Removal of sedimentation and products from factory wastewater and wastewater treatment tanks
- Removal of fine chips and abrasives from machining coolant fluids
- Removal of burrs and foreign matter from ultrasonic cleaning fluids and circulating cleaning fluids of high-pressure washers
- Collection of abrasive grains from blasts and water jets
- Collection and classification of crystals generated in food, pharmaceutical, chemical and other processes
- Removal of solids from sampling liquids
■ Features of VDF
・Solid-liquid separation using centrifugal force eliminates the need for filter replacement. Maintenance-free
・99% removal of 25μm sludge at 0.2MPa supply pressure! More than 90% removal is possible even at 10 μm
・No foaming due to air entrainment. Prevents contamination due to pumping failure and foam dispersion.
・ Dirty liquid is condensed to a high concentration by attaching a sludge pot. Reduces the amount of dirty liquid, thus saving tank space and simplifying treatment.
