TRUE Okura Co., Ltd. provides material handling equipment, including logistics robots to the Thai logistics market as the Thai subsidiary of Okura Yusoki.
We have a wide variety of material handling equipment available, and we excel at providing not only stand-alone products, but also solutions tailored to the applications and purposes required by our customers.
In this article, we would like to introduce our recommended solutions that combine AGVs (automated transfer robots) and robot systems that can contribute to solving issues in the Thai logistics industry.
GTP Case Picking System Fully unmanned by linking with AGVs
In this system, AGVs convey pallets loaded with cases, and palletizing robots de-palletize to pick cases one by one. A 3D vision system (camera) mounted on the top acquires information on the position of the case, allowing the robot to accurately locate the case.
Main Features
・Case-by-case picking is possible from pallets
・No need for robot teaching
・Completely unmanned case picking operation
■ Picking and de-palletizing capacity: 600 cases per hour (for boxes of the same shape)
Random palletizing system
Easy and speedy stacking of boxes of different shapes
This is a solution that enables stacking of single loading / mixed loading of randomly shaped boxes using 6-axis robot Ai6 . It is teach-less and also supports basket cars as well as cart racks.
Main features
・Automatic generation of mixed stacking patterns for multiple types of cases
・No need for robot teaching
・Can be used without sequencing
・Equipped with 3D vision
・Supports pallet, cart rack, and basket car stacking
■ Processing capacity:
Pallets: 400 cases per hour
Cart racks: 340 cases per hour
Basket cars: 320 cases per hour
Piece picking system
Specialized hand for small items x AI image recognition technology
This is a solution that realizes accurate and speedy picking of piece goods by combining a specialized hand for small items and AI image recognition technology.
Main features
・Equipped with a specialized hand for small items, even spherical objects can be picked up
・No need for robot teaching
・High-precision picking is realized by utilizing a 3D camera and AI.
■ Pick cycle time per item: 6.5 seconds at quickest
In the past, robot systems were mainly used in manufacturing production sites, but recently they are also being introduced at other sites such as logistics warehouses.
