The history of PATLITE goes back to the successful development of a high-performance micro motor in 1955. Then in 1965, the production of a rotating warning beacon (PATLITE) using its own motor started. As an overseas base, the company expanded to Singapore in 1998. It was responsible for looking after sales in the ASEAN region. Since then, the sales in Thailand had grown to account for half of it, therefore a local Thai corporation was established in 2016.
We develop, manufacture and sell flash beacons and signal beacons (for signal towers) installed in factories and hospitals, as well as rotating beacons installed in emergency vehicles such as police cars and ambulances.
Currently, by combining the "revolving" technology of our own motors with "light," "sound," and "network technology," we are providing products to the market that serve as information transmission means that utilize numerous expression methods that are active in various industries.
Here, we will introduce the flash beacons of PATLITE with functions that have evolved while fusing with the latest technology.
The most standard flash beacon of PATLITE calls attention with light and rotation. There are also 21 colors, including red, yellow, green, and blue, and there are products that can freely use these colors to express the status. In addition, flash beacons that were quickly introduced with LED technology are used in various work sites including factories because of their reputation for saving power, good color development, and above all their durability.
The device type WD-Z2 (air grid) is a system that allows wireless transfer of device information simply by mounting it on a signal beacon made by PATLITE. It is also possible to "visualize" operating data of machines and equipment and loss rates such as setup changes and display them in real time using ANDON. At FA work sites, flash beacons make it possible to visualize equipment abnormalities. Furthermore, by using the ZigBee radio to record operation rate totals, etc., it is possible to discover bottlenecks in the production process and lead to improvement of operational efficiency, such as increasing operation rates and production quantities.
Direct communication with Azure IoT Hub / Azure IoT Central enables notification of information to all around the world. This allows the company to accumulate digital input information in the cloud from cloud-incompatible devices. The built-in voice notification function makes it easier to understand and convey details. It supports various monitoring functions such as PING, TRAP, and application monitoring. Furthermore, it has realized control by abundant communication commands such as RSH and SOCKET communication.

NE-IL series can be selected with a touch sensor type, with a built-in capacitance touch sensor on top of the flash beacon. A signal to the host can be sent by touching the glowing indicator light instead of the switch. It can be used with intuitive operation to input work completion and call for the administrator.
Our company, which was born as a micro motor manufacturer, first developed a rotating beacon in 1965. For more than half a century, rotating beacons and flash beacons have been used in a wide range of situations, such as factories, stores, parking lots, and road construction. The three types of new rotating beacons / flash beacons "SK", "SF" and "SL" are the results derived from that. We realized a long life, high visibility and a variety of emission patterns.
In addition to light, it is a flash beacon that can be notified by voice. By using human voices and chimes to convey information that cannot be conveyed by light alone, the amount of information can be greatly increased, and attention and guidance can be achieved in ways that were previously not possible. As a work lamp for manufacturing equipment, it can also be washed with high-pressure hot water, and can be used in food processing sites, as an operation panel lighting for electric vehicle chargers, and as a substitute for other types of lighting. The CLA-A type achieved the IP69K standard required for washing sites with high-pressure hot water at 80 °C for use in the meat / food processing / pharmaceutical / beverage industries in terms of waterproof performance.
