To maintain cleanliness in clean rooms, accurate measurement of coarse particles is necessary. PartSens is a portable surface cleanliness particle monitor that instantly measures the size and number of "coarse particles" present on any surface in a clean manufacturing environment and classifies them into reflective / non-reflective particles and fibers. Usages include evaluation of various applications related to surface cleanliness, such as cleaning efficiency of antechambers, air showers, floors, walls, facilities, and equipment interiors, cleanliness control of wear and gloves, and product cleaning effectiveness.

Place the dedicated tape lift pad* on the surface to be measured and set it on the dedicated stand. Place the measuring probe on it, press the start button, and the results are displayed in a few seconds.

The measurement results can be checked on the LCD screen at once, including the size, number, and type of particles adhering to the surface, and the results can be printed out using an optional Bluetooth printer.

It is possible to measure the cleanliness of non-flat surfaces such as humans, wear, equipment, components, and tools. By collecting surface-attached foreign substances before and after cleaning or washing and comparing the measured values, the effectiveness of cleaning can be evaluated. This tape lift pad is rated at over 99% transcription efficiency for surfaces with few irregularities.

PartSens is the only one listed in the European quality standard VDA19.2 "Technical cleanliness in assembly". It also uses the ISO 14644-9/ISO 14644-13 measurement principle and boasts high accuracy.
