In Thailand, there is a growing trend toward in-house production and regrinding of cutting tools such as end mills. 1. High indexing accuracy
Direct drive (DD) motors are adopted for the rotation axis (A, W). The rotary encoder improves the indexing accuracy and implement a zero backlash.
2. High output and high-precision grindstone spindle
Supports heavy grinding with a high output 22.0kW grindstone spindle motor. High efficiency machining is possible even for large diameter workpieces.
By circulating the cooling oil to the built-in spindle head, heat generation from the motor section and heat transfer to the spindle head are suppressed.
3. Manual clamp DD work Headstock
The center runout adjustment type manual clamp adapter is adopted for easy to runout. By adjusting the screws at four places, the workpiece can be clamped easily and precisely. Moreover, an automatic clamp DD work headstock can be selected to automate the attachment and detachment of workpieces (option).

A 2-axis CNC automatic dresser is mounted on the grindstone spindle. The constant automatic dressing of the grindstone prevents a decrease in grinding efficiency and efficiently grinds PCD/CBN tools.
