Metalworking: Deburring, polishing, scale removal, spatter removal, and so on.
Deburring with a brush is effective for deburring fine workpieces such as slits, thread grooves, and small inner diameters. Brushing to places that are difficult to process with a grindstone or cutter, and being softer and more delicate than those, can be expected to suppress the generation of secondary burrs.
It is suitable for such as aluminum die-cast parts, cast parts, various flanges, and machining of aluminum wheel backside radius.
