Sodick introduced the convenient control functions featured in their machining centers, along with the latest machining center, the "UX450L."

■ SEPTune
Software that automatically generates optimal parameters by selecting tool length, tool neck length L/D, machining range, and feed rate according to the machining purpose.

■ EFtune
Software that calculates the optimum cutting feed rate (F value) in NC programs. It enables even operators with limited knowledge or experience to easily determine machining conditions in a short time.

■ Motion Expert
A system that supports the drive control of machines, reducing errors during machining and improving the accuracy and stability of operations. By controlling the movement of the axes, it reduces energy consumption by 20% and shorten processing time. It can easily replace outdated motor drives.

■ Linear Motor Drive Machining Center "UX450L"
The latest machining center, which began full-scale sales in Thailand in 2024, features proprietary linear motors on the XYZ axes, making it suitable for high-speed, precision machining.
