■X Y U V 4-axis linear motor drive
4 axes are adopted in high-performance linear motor developed and manufactured in-house.
The direct drive system was established and ball screws are no longer needed. Precise axis movements without backlash can be maintained semi-permanently. It demonstrates accurate position control and excellent discharge characteristics while machining.
■Improve workability and productivity with high-speed unmanned operation
It is originally equipped with ceramic work stand and square shaped table and automatic three sides up and down type processing tank. It also has high speed automatic wire connection unit (FJ-AWT) equipped with wire annealing function and intermediate liquid level control function. With those things, the reduction of man-hour and long-time and high-speed unmanned operation are realized, which improves productivity.

Newly developed wire rotation mechanism
As the wire rotates, the unworn parts are sequentially fed out, and the top to bottom of the work piece can be machined with the unworn wire electrode. This process significantly reduces the consumption of wire electrodes.
Highly accurate and easier for step processing
The processing condition database for step processing has been significantly expanded. We have solved the problem of streaky inaccuracy by using "step processing" in which the plate thickness changes during processing.
