This is a precision metal 3D printer enabled laminate molding and finishing by rotating tools with a single machine. The laser oscillator adopted fiber laser with a 500W output melts and solidifies metal powder. The melting ratio reaches 99.9%. With synergistic effect of main spindles equipped with 45,000 rpm spindle and original linear motors, high-speed and high-precision metal 3D printing was realized. 【Product features】

■One Process Milling
The machining enables the continuous process of melting by the irradiation of metal powder with laser light followed by finish machining by milling with rotating tools. The high-accurate and high-quality machining such as plastic mold incorporating three dimensional cooling channels and complex shaped parts is realized with this single printer.

■High-speed molding and the reduction of cutting time, MRS (Material Recovery System) unit
By a new machining system (parallel mode), several parts can be molded simultaneously by controlling one laser machine in high speed. According to the 3D shapes to be molded, the number of layers by laser and the balance of machining finish by tools can be optimized. Cutting time is reduced largely!

■Original NC Unit and dedicated CAM
It is equipped with Sodick in-house developed and manufactured new CNC unit "LN4RP" and high-performance linear motor. A die with a built-in 3D cooling channel is designed with CAD and a resin temperature simulation is implemented with CAE. NC programming with dedicated CAM "OS-FLASH" using the designed CAD data and die manufacturing with OPM250L are performed in a one-stop process.

■Precision metal 3D printer related one-stop solution
We totally support the process from design to molding by cooperating with Sodick's various technology such as wire-cut electric discharge machines, die-sinker electric discharge machines, injection molding machines and machining center.
