TAKAMATSU MACHINERY CO., LTD. is a Japanese company with over 70 years of expertise in Auto Loading. And its Thai subsidiary, we have been running the business continuously for more than 18 years in Thailand. We are ready to distribute and provide services to all parts manufacturing companies with the same standards as in Japan.

The core of our service consists of 3 things: Machine Stock, Spare Parts and Service Team.

Machine Stock to speed up the delivery, provide machine stock to fully support customers' needs.

Takamatsu Machinery is a lathe manufacturer and has its own Auto Loading system. We mainly focus on Special design and Customize designs for customers. The timing of our delivery to the customer sometimes needs a long period. Therefore, we have expanded the space to store more machines in Thailand. That will close the gaps in customer waiting for part production machine including enhancing the availability of our company services as well.

Spare Parts to handle unexpected accidents, because we know how much damage our customers possibly get in case of machine downtime

The majority of our customers are automotive manufacturers and auto parts manufacturers. Usually, their machines need to be used continuously. Even one downtime that make huge costs to their companies. And for these reasons, we handle spare parts in Thailand in order to fully service our customers. We have a stock of more than 1,000 items.

Service Team Ready to provide fast support with a service team based in Thailand.

We focus on sales and after-sales service to the customers who are using our machines with a Double Service system. Double Service is a service system that we have created to be able to respond reach customers faster with a team that supports 2 services. It consists of a team from Dealer’s Takamatsu Machinery Thailand and a team from Takamatsu Machinery Thailand. They are coordinating with each other to reach customers more effectively.

Request for Notification, Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use of Personal Information

In the case the Company receives request from the individual user regarding the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or erasure of personal information, stoppage of use by a third party or notification of use, after confirmation that the requester is the individual user, the Company will respond without delay in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

Note that in the case that the request does not meet the requirements stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Act, or the reason to reject such request is permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act or other laws and regulations, the request may not be fulfilled.

In addition, there is no payment required or fees associated with the request for disclosure by the individual user. However, the cost of communication from the individual user to the Company, transportation expenses, and expenses associated with the preparation of materials for the purposes of individual identification will be the responsibility of the individual user.
