The labor-saving solution that combines the FANUC collaborative robot, which can be said to be the centerpiece of this exhibition. One of our strengths is that our products are born in Japan and made in Japan. FANUC is a world-class robot manufacturer representing Japan, and our products are well matched with each other in the following respects, which made this collaborative solution possible.

・Made in Japan
・quality
・Brand power

Replacing the manual labor of attaching and detaching machined workpieces with collaborative robots The advantage lies in its high safety and versatility

In this demonstration equipment, TAKAMAZ CNC lathe "GSL-10H" and FANUC collaborative robot CRX series (CRX-10iA) are combined. The solution of using a robot to attach and detach workpieces machined with a lathe is already a common practice in Japan, but in Thailand, there are still many workplaces that rely on manual labor, and this is an area where increased use of this equipment can be expected in the future for the purpose of saving labor on production lines.

・Labor saving and error reduction
Eliminating the need for human hands leads to a reduction in labor costs and work errors.

・High safety feature (automatic stop function)
