In addition to the Σi loader, which has been well-established, the new FC loader can be selected with an emphasis on operability and high speed and improving usability. Furthermore, the IoT option has been enhanced so that information about the line's operation can be accumulated, and the machining status can be confirmed later. It is also possible to equip it with a system that leads to an increase in productivity.

High rigidity 100mm bearing spindle is equipped with a high output 15/11kW spindle motor. Because of its tough mechanical structure, heavy cutting capability and accuracy can be maintained over a long period. In addition, since a large main sliding door with an opening width of 500mm is provided in the center of the machine, it is possible to work in a large space.

Downsizing of machine dimension contributes to increase space for peripheral devices and to save space of production line. Machine and transfer loader are put together for high speed automation system, and cycle time can be shorten. It also improved output with main axis motor 7.5/5.5kw on-board. Shortening main axis time of addition-subtraction speed and process cycle time makes improvement of productivity.

3-axis loader specially developed for 2 spindles is on board. High stiffness with rack size up and aiming driving speed improvement realized loading time 6 seconds which is fastest in the class. It loads high speed shutter and composes solenoid control and optimal cylinder, and controls open/close motion time to half of conventional machine into less than 0.5 seconds.

Main axis unit applies their main product ' XL-150' which is the same as practiced bearing ID φ100mm. It keeps durability under operational environment in Thailand and other foreign factories, and prevents process dimension change in minimum even under long-time running. They, though low price machine, fixate to made-in-Japan for main equipments, machining, and assembly as much as possible and provide reliability.

Chucking cylinder for stroke adjustment is loaded as standard. It is designed to save space with machine width 1,610mm and Length 1,250mm and to make parallel placing of machines by equipping daily maintenance devices. It also, based on human engineering, allocates control box at optimal height, operation buttons that are often used at right side, and pursue easy usage.

In spite of the world smallest class, with X-axis pretension structure for disaster and slide stiffness improvement and enlargement of narrow proportion, stable and precise process is realized. It aims space-saving, but supplies smooth discharging by 2.2 more widen metal chip dust gate and bed shoot steep angle.
