Following the concept of the best-selling “XC-100”, it has been further evolved for high productivity and energy-saving performance.
■Higher speed and shorter cycle time
Each axis is operated at higher speeds. Both cutting and non-cutting time are reduced, shortening cycle time and contributing to higher productivity.
・Max. spindle speed: +500min-1
・Spindle acceleration time: 35% reduction *
・Spindle deceleration time: 25% reduction *
・X-axis rapid traverse speed: 50% increase
・Z-axis rapid traverse speed: 33% increase

■Energy saving when the machine is stopped
Equipped with an "idle stop function" that automatically shuts off the power supply to the hydraulic pump when the machine stops. Reduces power consumption by approximately 20% when the machine is stopped.
■Energy-saving level selection function
It can be switched between operation that prioritizes machining time and operation that prioritizes energy saving. The spindle acceleration/deceleration time can be adjusted as desired.
■Effective use of regenerative energy
The F-loader (power regeneration system) allows the regenerative energy generated during motor deceleration to be reused as a power source for other equipment.

This is the latest model in the "XW" series that combines the machining functions of two machines in a single unit. The greatest feature of this model is that it integrates the control board, display, battery, and other components required by conventional Σ loader systems with the main system, thereby significantly reducing the number of maintenance parts. Energy-saving performance has been further improved through the newly adoption of a power regeneration system and faster operation.
■Significant reduction in the number of loader parts
Equipped with a new MG loader, the control board, display, and battery of maintenance parts are integrated into the main unit NC control system. It reduces the number of parts and contributes to energy saving.

■19-inch touch panel
A large (19-inch) touch panel with high visibility is used.
・ Dual screen multiple display: Switch between screens according to the purpose.
・Home screen: Displays machine stoppage factors such as lubricant level and count-up, contributing to higher machine utilization rate.
・Data storage: Stores machine status and traceability data, contributing to stable equipment operation, such as quality control and tracking down the cause of abnormalities.
■Effective use of regenerative energy
As with XTS-6, the F-loader (power regeneration system) is adopted to reuse electric power.
■Ultra-compact and space-saving
With a machine width of only 1040 mm, chip conveyors, coolant temperature controllers, mist collectors, etc. can be integrated in the limited space of a single machine.
