XG-4 (4-inch / Gang type lathe)

This is a CNC precision lathe equipped with a 4-inch, gang type and built-in spindle motor. The gang type lathe is characterized by its fast indexing time. The XG-4 is equipped with a 4-inch built-in motor spindle as standard, further improving machining precision and shortening spindle acceleration/deceleration time. It is an ideal machine for high-precision mass-production machining.

XWG-3 (3-4 inch / gang type lathe)

The latest model in the "XW" series, which is equipped with machining functions for two units, such as simultaneous machining of front and back and independent machining of the left and right, in one unit. By integrating the control board, display, battery, etc. into the main unit system, maintenance parts are significantly reduced. Energy-saving performance is improved by adopting a power regeneration system that allows power to be reused and speeding up operation. Large-screen touch panel is adopted.

GSL-10H (6 inches /Low-price and simple model)

This is a low-cost model with the same processing capacity as the mainstay models, focusing only on simple functions. Equipped with software with enhanced safety functions. It automatically determines whether it matches the preset conditions and prevents machine damage and machining defects. Compact design that requires little space and allows parallel installation of the machines.

XTs-6 (6-inch / Ultra compact lathe)

Compact CNC precision lathe with a machine width of only 1,105 mm. High-speed operation of each axis reduces both cutting and non-cutting time, thereby shortening cycle time. Equipped with an "idle stop function" that automatically stops the power supply to the hydraulic pump while the machine is stopped. This function saves energy (electricity).

GSL-15PLUS (8-inch / Durable and simple model)

While maintaining the durability of Made-in-Japan, cost reduction is achieved by focusing only on simple functions. It is highly appreciated in Indonesia and also in other Southeast Asian markets. The spindle unit uses a bearing with an inner diameter of φ100 mm, which has been proven in our main product. This minimizes machining dimensional changes even under long-hour operation conditions.

XT-6 (6-inch / Lathe with the fastest rapid traverse rate in its class)

6 rotary tools can be mounted to perform a variety of compound operations. This model meets the need for "process consolidation" machining by adding multitasking elements to the turning process, such as drilling, key-way machining, tapping, milling, sloping surface machining, and oblique hole machining, to complete products with complex shapes on a single machine.

XW-60 (6-inch/Drum type lathe)

A two-spindle lathe that realizes a variety of compound machining in a limited space. Ideal for mass-production parts machining. Slim machine width shortens production line width when coupled. Advanced spindle motor and high-speed automation system shorten cycle time. Enables speedy mass-production machining.

XT-8 (8-inch / Low-speed, high-torque specification)

Overwhelming productivity and compactness as an 8-inch class loader-equipped CNC lathe! Low-speed, high-torque specification is added. Powerful heavy-duty cutting capability is demonstrated when machining large-diameter chucks and large-diameter workpieces at medium and low speed rotation. TAKAMAZ's unique IoT system such as thermal displacement compensation system, tool alignment support function, and traceability function is also substantial.

XW-130 (8-inch/Drum type lathe)

The new model loader has been further speeded up to achieve a loading time of 6 seconds, the fastest in its class. The intermediate reversing device has also been improved for even faster double-sided machining. The machine is also designed to be easy to maintain, with a slide wiper that is not exposed inside the machine, and a design that prevents chips from stagnating in the machine.

XT-8MY (8-inch / Compound-machining lathe with Y-axis)

With the rotary tool + Y-axis control, products with complex shapes can be machined with a single unit. Up to 24 tools can be mounted to reduce setup time. The control of the machine body and automation devices can be centrally managed by FANUC operation, improving ease of use.
