2-spindle, 2-turret precision lathe with 8-inch chuck that realizes high speed and high power.
This machine is equipped with a new 3-axis loader that realizes a faster loading time of 6 seconds, and a high-speed shutter that halves the shutter opening and closing time. This compactly designed lathe features a square slide, a spindle with a large-diameter φ100 bearing and an 11/7.5kW motor, and a spindle base cooling system to achieve stable machining accuracy.
■ Main features
・Achieved a loading time of 6 seconds by further speeding up the new 3-axis loader
・High-speed shutter that halves the shutter opening/closing time
・Achieved a shortest cycle (1-2 processes) of 18 seconds or less with the new concept loader cycle
・Square slide and 11/7.5kW motor with large-diameter φ100 bearing are used for the spindle
・Stable machining accuracy is achieved by installing a spindle base cooling system
・Compact design with spindle center height of 1,000mm and machine width of 1,890mm while ensuring slide strokes of 150mm on the X-axis and 160mm on the Z-axis.
