The XT series of CNC 1-spindle, 1-turret precision lathes is a series of precision lathes that help automate high-quality parts with high productivity. It also offers excellent capabilities in terms of customizability and space saving.

XT-6 (lathe that can be equipped with the fastest loader in the 6-inch class)

The XT-6 boasts the highest class rapid traverse rate (X-axis:18 m/min, Z-axis:24 m/min), increasing drilling capacity by 20%. In addition to the well-established Σi loader, it is equipped with various functions such as select option for the new F loader that emphasizes operability and high speed. Further, the “Thermony®” thermal displacement compensation system, spindle base cooling system, and other optional compensation devices can be used to maintain stable machining accuracy.

XT-8 (8-inch space-saving high-productivity lathe)

The XT-8, which achieves high productivity through advanced operability and cutting capacity, is equipped with a new 8-inch class loader to save space and achieve high productivity. Further, the newly installed high torque specification in the low speed range strongly supports high torque during machining in the medium and low speed range. In addition to the well-established Σi loader, the FANUC control loader, which takes into consideration global expansion, is added as a new option, and the handle retrace function improves the efficiency of setup work.

XTs-6 (6-inch class smallest precision lathe)

Despite its ultra-compact design, which is the smallest in the industry in the 6-inch class, the XTS-6, that speeds up the movement of each axis, strongly supports the improvement of productivity. In addition, the machine is equipped with an "idle stop function" that automatically stops the power supply to the hydraulic pump when the machine is stopped, making it ideal for energy saving. Furthermore, the thermal displacement compensation system "Thermony®" enables more stable dimensional control even in environments with large temperature changes.
