The most multifunctional fixed machine vision system in Mars Tohken's history, this system retains the high-accuracy imaging of the MCR-F1000 equipped with varifocal system, but adds optical character recognition (OCR) and presence/absence inspection (appearance inspection) functions. It contributes to labor-saving inspections and the prevention of human errors.

It is the first industrial code reader equipped with a varifocal system; it can capture images with high accuracy even from a distance of about 2 meters. Performance has been dramatically improved over conventional products, including the ability to read extremely small codes and codes installed in inclined locations.

Equipped with a high-resolution 1.2 million pixels CMOS, it achieves a minimum resolution of 0.1 mm. It has the ability of wide range support, from very small symbols to wide barcodes. In addition, a unique reading algorithm enables stable reading even in DPM such as dot pin marking and laser markings that are difficult to read. Moreover, focusing and reading settings to 100mm-500mm are auto tuned. Data can be sent to PLC without any program. Please give it a try.

We achieved a size reduction of approximately 42% in comparison with a conventional type. It is small in size but has a built-in light, which is suitable for automatic reading at production lines. Furthermore, P65 waterproof and dustproof performance allows installation in harsh field environments. It is equipped with PLC link function, 24V power supply and DIO which are convenient for incorporating into manufacturing equipment.
